Volunteer Work Arrangements

Volunteers predominantly work remotely. However, if the collaborator resides in Buenos Aires, they may choose to work at the NGO headquarters. Volunteers are asked to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week for a period of six months, subject to renewal. Additionally, volunteers must attend at least three HxN events to receive further recognition and engagement opportunities.

Research Projects

​

If it is agreed that the volunteer will conduct research, the themes, scope, timeline, and schedule for submissions of ongoing work must be approved by Adriana Marina or the HxN representative.

Ownership of Research Outputs

​

The authorship of research outputs belongs to the NGO. Collaborators may be included as part of the research group, acknowledging their contributions.

Confidentiality

​

All information and content produced during volunteer work belong to the NGO and should be shared confidentially only among NGO members or with explicit authorization from Adriana Marina.
