HxN Toolkit
Igniting regenerative and circular models through collaboration
Why a Toolkit?
For over a decade, we’ve worked with communities and industry players to create tools that address fashion’s social and environmental challenges. This toolkit was designed to bridge the gap between small textile producers and global value chains, supporting circular practices, fair compensation, and lasting impact. By connecting diverse stakeholders, we aim to foster holistic, sustainable solutions for the fashion industry.
The Vision Driving the Toolkit

Impact
Over the past 10 years, the toolkit has reached more than 7,500 artisans through design workshops that blend fashion trends with camelid fibers. This has improved product quality and trade while supporting employment, socio-economic development, and sustainable use of natural resources.

Circular Economy
Circular economy models reduce waste, regenerate resources, and promote durable, recyclable products, creating both environmental and economic value. This approach supports innovation while making the industry more resilient and responsible.
